How to change note velocity

You can change note velocity from the Score Editor or the Piano Roll Editor by selecting a note or a group of notes and choosing Velocity from the Edit menu.

You can also change note velocity using the Controller Editor. Select Note Velocity from the Data Type list box in the control area of the Controller Editor. With the pencil tool selected, drag the mouse over one or more velocity events to change their amplitude.
